Brazil (Chapter 10)

Setting

Although Camarilla used to run this country, due to the massive increasing numbers of Sabbat the Camarilal lost it and are now forced out of the country, although Camarilla are present the country is heavily run by the Sabbat. The Sabbat strive to wipe out all Camarilla which triggered a war. This lead to bombs, massive amounts of gun imports and many many deaths of mortals and kindred a like. The war lasted for many years, slowly the Camarilla begain to lose. Despite the Camarillas best efforts the mortals became dangeruslly close to discovering the Kindred.

Many Years later the Camarilla are forced to hide only very few remain, the Sabbat now have an even tighter grib on the country. Due to the massive amounts of death left behind by the war the Goverment has issued a Law.
"Imports and Exports of weapons are now illegal, unless my promission is granted"

The war finally ended leaving the Camarilla heavily weakend forcing them to hide, the war also attracked the SCC a secret group of agents working in technolagy to kill kindred a like, due to the war the SCC are now present and because of the Sabbat, the SCC are dangeruslly close to finding out the location of the Camarilla and Sabbat HQs

In a Nut Shell
SCC - A group of unkown power they strive to make new and impressive weapons under the eyes of the Goverment.
Hunters - A group that tries to kill/hunt and find prove of Kindred


2009 - The Camarilla have started to recover but slowly... The Prince beleives the Sabbat have discovered some kind top secret project from SCC officers.
"An alien ship has crash landed near the outskirts of Brazil, wittnesses have been paid over 10,000,000 in cash to keep this case secret"
The SCCs top secret lab is found, the SCC now team up with the Hunters they now smuggle very high tech weaponary into the country. The Sabbat are not helping the Kindred at all... It is belived this weaponary has been stolen from the alien craft.

2010 - SCC crackdown! SCC find prove of kindred, which isn't enough to prove anything the case is closed, although the Goverment now has S.W.A.T men around the country until things caim down. The Goverment orders a complete wipe out of all SCC. $3000,000,000,00 of weaponary was found as well as over 100,000 SCC bases.

Nah, thats just an excuse for some of the weapons that will be found later on. This might be a small plot though, nothing major.

Sounds interesting. That country seems at the brink of a civil war.

In which city will the event be taking place? Brasília , Rio De Janeiro, Sao Paolo? Brazil is a very large country.

Good question, I'm not setting in a limited area. By just saying "Brazil" it gives me the excuse to use more than one map .
